The Information Technology department is responsible for building products and platforms that focuses on providing extraordinary customer experience by putting design thinking with trailblazing technology at the center of what they do.

The diverse team consists of subject matter experts, technology specialists, quality engineers, user experience researchers & designers, data scientists, and product managers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operational Monitoring and Reporting: Ensure operational monitoring/reporting/functioning of wireless, routing, and switching infrastructure across offices and data centers.
  • Network Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain enterprise network infrastructure and its operational performance through appropriate technical network troubleshooting as needed.
  • Vendor Liaison: Liaise/collaborate with vendors/TAC/support teams for multi-platform and multi-vendor issues to identify problems, scope/responsibility, RCA/resolution, and meet incident/problem management requirements.
  • Network Changes and Upgrades: Supervise network infrastructure changes/patch deployment, version upgrades, and fixes to meet vulnerability and change management requirements.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with Deloitte Global/Peer/Business teams and provide support/assistance for network incidents/requests.
  • Network Inventory and Documentation: Maintain network inventory, network documentation, and MIS reports to meet network operations processes/procedures.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Experience in Network Infrastructure Operations; Experience in managing/supervising network support team;
  2. Conceptual Knowledge of Network Routing, Switching, Wireless, and Security;
  3. Experience and Hands-on with Cisco Routing/Switching/Wireless Hardware Platforms;
  4. Conceptual Knowledge for Enterprise Firewall (Site/VPN Tunneling) and QoS Traffic Shaping in Network Environment;
  5. In-depth Knowledge of Network Monitoring/Reporting/Troubleshooting Tools;
  6. Ability to Work Independently in a Team Environment and as a Team Leader;
  7. Well-versed with Network MIS and Technical Reports;
  8. Excellent Troubleshooting Skills;
  9. Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent. Additional Cisco certifications will be preferred.

Base Location: Mumbai;This profile does not involve extensive travel for work.Hybrid is our default way of working.
