About Our Network Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a skilled network engineer. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and securing our infrastructure.

Our ideal candidate will possess expertise in installing and supporting LANs, WANs, and network segments. They will also have strong collaboration skills for coordinating with vendors and ensuring standardized configurations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing firewalls to guarantee security and optimal performance. In addition, they should maintain a solid understanding of LAN switching technologies, including VLANs, RSTP, ACLs, and Virtual Chassis.

We are looking for someone who can recommend effective network capacity planning strategies and execute proactive maintenance for disaster recovery. Strong networking monitoring skills are also essential for identifying security, reliability, and availability issues.

Key Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of overall IT experience is required.
  • Firewall Management: Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting FortiGate and Palo-Alto firewalls.
  • Network Switches: Skilled in handling Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei switches.
  • Wireless Expertise: Familiarity with Aruba, Cisco controllers and access points.
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with AWS and Zscaler Private Access.
  • Network Protocols: Sound knowledge of various network protocols and ports.
  • Security Technologies: Familiarity with IPSec, SSL VPN, IDS, and IPS.
