Job Title:

Cybersecurity Network Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Network Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructure to protect our systems and data from cyber threats.

This role requires a strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP). The successful candidate will have experience with network security principles and best practices, as well as proficiency with network hardware (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) and operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).

The Cybersecurity Network Specialist will work closely with our IT team to ensure the security and integrity of our network infrastructure. This includes monitoring and responding to security incidents, performing regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, and implementing measures to prevent cyber attacks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 7-15 years of experience in network administration or a related IT field
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts and network security principles
  • Proficiency with network hardware and operating systems
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
