We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer to establish and maintain the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive information security programs to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.
  • Lead security awareness and training programs for all employees to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organisation.
  • Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of our operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor and analyse security incidents and breaches, and coordinate incident response activities to minimise impact and prevent recurrence.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in information security roles, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive information security programs in a complex, multi-platform environment.
  • Deep understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, identity and access management, security operations, and incident response.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
