Job Title: Data Loss Prevention Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Data Loss Prevention efforts, ensuring that sensitive data is protected and secure.

About the Role

This role involves overseeing all aspects of DLP implementation, including endpoint configuration, access management, and server upgrade activities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing incident management workflows and documenting DLP processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Endpoint Configuration: Define and deploy DLP Endpoint profiles to ensure robust protection against data breaches.
  • Access Management: Manage Access Roles in DLP, including super user, system admin, policy manager, incident manager, and external auditor roles.
  • Server Upgrade Activities: Perform backup and archiving of old incidents to maintain a secure environment.
  • Incident Management: Develop DLP Incident management and escalation workflows, as well as document DLP processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Cyber Security Experience: 5 years of experience in cyber security or information security, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Forcepoint DLP.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects.
  • DLP Solution Implementation: Hands-on experience in commissioning and implementing various DLP solutions on Windows and Linux environments, and integrating with tools such as AD, IAM, SIEM, Web, Email, etc.
  • Data Classification: Understanding of data classification and its importance in securing sensitive data.
  • Automation: Experience in automating processes using scripting, tailored to the capabilities of the tool.
