Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Development Specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer engagement strategies.

Your primary focus will be on generating new leads and converting them into opportunities, as well as providing excellent after-sales support to strengthen client retention.

To achieve this, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration and align your efforts towards achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, personalized service, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Lead Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: MBA (Marketing/Finance) or Graduate with minimum 3 years of tele-calling/customer relationship experience.
  • Language Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-Driven: Self-motivated and able to work under targets.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
  • Culture Fit: Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
