As a key member of our team, the Learning & Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping professional growth of associates.
The ideal candidate will drive employee development through strategic training initiatives, fostering culture of learning and innovation, ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance associate skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to design and deliver engaging workshops, modules, and online courses
- Conduct regular training needs assessments and create customized development plans for associates
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and senior leaders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in hospitality or service industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and motivate others
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, technology-enhanced learning tools
- MS Office proficiency and familiarity with HRIS systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in relevant field, such as education, human resources, or business administration
- Professional certifications, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
