As a key member of our team, the Learning & Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping professional growth of associates.

The ideal candidate will drive employee development through strategic training initiatives, fostering culture of learning and innovation, ensuring seamless onboarding processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance associate skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to design and deliver engaging workshops, modules, and online courses
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments and create customized development plans for associates
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and senior leaders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in hospitality or service industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and motivate others
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, technology-enhanced learning tools
  • MS Office proficiency and familiarity with HRIS systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in relevant field, such as education, human resources, or business administration
  • Professional certifications, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
