Job Summary:

A skilled Compliance Specialist is required to join our organization.

The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, conducting risk assessments and audits, and maintaining knowledge of evolving compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial regulations and the ability to identify, assess and mitigate compliance risks in a dynamic environment.

  • Monitor and implement regulatory guidelines relevant to the business.
  • Ensure timely reporting to regulators.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving compliance requirements.
Main Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance

  • Conduct regular internal reviews and risk assessments.
  • Identify process gaps and propose corrective actions.
  • Track remediation of compliance issues and ensure timely closure.

Policies and Documentation

  • Assist in drafting, updating and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for internal compliance controls.
  • Educate internal teams on compliance obligations through training and awareness programs.

Audit and Reporting

  • Support internal, statutory and regulatory audits.
  • Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Act as a point of contact for compliance queries across departments.
Key Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • CA (Inter), CS, MBA (Finance)
  • 2–4 years of experience in compliance, internal audit or risk management preferably in NBFC, fintech or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of RBI, SEBI, FEMA, AML and other financial regulations.
  • Experience with compliance monitoring tools and MS Excel-based reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
