Solutions Manager

In this position, you will oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion.
You will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing team dynamics, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Evaluate project requirements to develop efficient solutions;
- Coordinate resource allocation to meet project timelines;
- Analyze issues and implement corrective actions to ensure project success;
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals;
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC);
- Sound knowledge of SAP ERP systems;
- Good understanding of Master Data Management domain procedures;
- Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL Server;
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2);
- Proficiency in using collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and interpersonal skills;
