Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Presales Leader to independently own and drive presales activities across the US region. The role demands a strategic leader with strong business acumen, proven expertise in presales and bid management, and the ability to collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design winning solutions.

This individual will act as the business bridge between clients, sales, and delivery, ensuring business growth through effective solutioning, proposal management, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities include leading all presales activities for the US region, driving sales cycles from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure, engaging with CXO-level clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Bid and Proposal Management involves owning end-to-end RFP/RFI management, collaborating with engineering, delivery, and finance teams for accurate technical solutions and pricing, implementing and continuously improving presales processes, methodologies, and best practices, and mentoring, guiding, and growing a high-performing team of presales analysts and consultants.

Sales Enablement & Marketing Support includes partnering with regional sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop account strategies, and accelerate deal closures, supporting sales forecasting and tracking opportunity progression, monitoring competitive landscape and developing strategies for account mining and expansion, creating and publishing case studies, white papers, solution briefs, and client-facing collateral, and collaborating with marketing to develop region-specific campaigns, messaging, and positioning.

  • Proven track record in RFP/RFI response management and proposal development
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling presales teams

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, 15+ years of relevant experience in Presales, Sales Engineering, and Bid Management within IT services, strong exposure to global clients, preferably the US market, and demonstrated success in leading presales functions and enabling revenue growth.
