About the Role

  • As a finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial backbone of high-growth companies. The role combines financial reporting, financial management, and investor deliverables with hands-on involvement in building scalable systems and supporting strategic decisions.
  • You will work closely with founders, investors, and auditors to ensure books are closed on time, MIS and analysis are reliable, and the company is always investor- and audit-ready.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  1. Oversee monthly and annual book closure and ensure accuracy of accounts.
  2. Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and dashboards, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Budget vs Actual.
  3. Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
  4. Establish systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance and compliance.
  5. Ensure compliance with statutory, investor, and audit requirements.
  6. Manage and track Capital Table and investor obligations.
  7. Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting.
  8. Lead audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions.

  • Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and MIS.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence is an advantage.
  • Ability to design processes, track compliance, and work with cross-functional teams.
