Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for a global marketing organization.
  • Analyze marketing campaign spend, conduct variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Partner with senior marketing leaders to optimize investments and drive cost efficiencies through strategic decision-making.
  • Present financial performance and trends to stakeholders, providing transparent and data-driven recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy in tools like Allocadia and Ariba, driving process improvements and automation across marketing finance workflows.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in a marketing finance function, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), with hands-on experience in data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills – ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences, providing clear and concise insights.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, MBA, M.Com preferred), with knowledge of Indian GAAP and local financial regulations an added advantage.
