Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to assume a pivotal role in our Asset Management team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in this field and advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate asset performance versus budgetary targets and historical benchmarks.
  • Identify key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements.
  • Synthesize findings into actionable insights for the asset management team.
  • Critical thinking, questioning assumptions, and uncovering causes and performance drivers with operations and accounting support.
  • Communicate financial insights and operational observations to the team lead in a structured and concise manner.

Project management skills, including coordinating timelines, managing deliverables, and tracking progress across multiple projects and deadlines. Experience with Yardi / StarRez is a plus.
