Project Coordinator Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of large-scale banking transformation projects. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and coordination support across critical workstreams.

This is a hands-on position where you will keep projects on track by managing schedules, documentation, risks, and governance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating project activities, schedules, and meetings;
  • Monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and change logs;
  • Liaising with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance;
  • Supporting UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting;
  • Ensuring adherence to banking procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards;

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in a banking environment;
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools;
  • Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports;
  • Familiarity with Appian or IT project environments (a plus but not required).
