Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Luxury Contract Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of high-end residential villa projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the luxury real estate sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Manage and execute contracts for luxury villa projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and operational effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Lead project management initiatives to deliver luxury villa projects on time and within budget, utilizing expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
  • Vendor Development: Develop strong relationships with vendors, evaluating their capabilities and negotiating terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial accuracy across projects, supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in luxury real estate contracts management, project management, and vendor development.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
