Project Leadership Role Overview

This is a key leadership position for an experienced professional who can effectively manage complex projects in fast-paced environments.

The Project Director will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning and design coordination to construction, interiors, finishing, and handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Lead all phases of luxury villa and bungalow projects from design integration to construction and interiors.
    • Develop detailed project plans to ensure precision, quality, and timely execution.
    • Regularly monitor site progress through visits, snagging, and inspections.
    • Resolve challenges swiftly while maintaining luxury standards.
    • Optimize costs without compromising design or finish.
  • Quality & Detailing:
    • Champion high-quality finishing and detailing inspired by luxury residences and hospitality benchmarks.
    • Ensure every structural, architectural, and interior element meets international luxury standards.
    • Build strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and contractors for seamless execution.
  • Team Leadership & Engagement:
    • Directly lead three critical teams: Project Management, Construction Management, and Interior Design.
    • Set clear goals, ensure accountability, and align teams around delivery excellence.
    • Provide mentorship and hands-on guidance in problem-solving.
    • Foster a culture of ownership, precision, and quality across teams.
  • Financial & Contractual Oversight:
    • Oversee project budgets, billing, and cost controls for all streams (civil, interiors, construction).
    • Manage contract negotiations and navigate supply chain complexities.
    • Proactively mitigate risks, cost escalations, and delays without compromising delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Closely collaborate with senior leaders on strategy, priorities, and execution pipelines.
    • Ensure alignment between Sales, Architecture, Construction, and Interior Design stakeholders.
    • Take ownership of on-ground issues and resolve them decisively.
