The Head of Finance plays a pivotal role in defining and implementing the company's financial strategy, working closely with the CEO and Board to drive decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute the company's financial roadmap, providing insightful analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Control & Operations: Oversee accounting, audits, taxation, and statutory reporting, maintaining robust internal controls and efficient financial governance systems.
  • Treasury & Capital Management: Manage liquidity, treasury operations, and working capital, ensuring optimal capital utilization and healthy balance sheet management.
  • Risk, Compliance & Audit: Drive strong risk management frameworks covering credit, operational, and financial risks, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder & Investor Engagement: Build relationships with banks, rating agencies, auditors, and regulators, presenting accurate, timely financial performance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of relevant finance experience.
  • Strong background in finance with expertise in financial planning, compliance, treasury, and risk management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and establish high standards of financial governance.
