In this role, you will optimize repair operations, onboard and manage partners, and drive innovation to improve speed, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  3. Monitor network performance and identify improvement opportunities.">
  4. Onboard, operationalize, and nurture high-performing partners.">
  5. Enhance regional repair capabilities to meet turnaround time (TAT) goals.">
">Requirements">

Essential Qualifications:

  • ">
  • At least 10 years of experience in mobile service operations, with a minimum of 5 years in building repair partner networks.">
  • Experience in repair network design and optimization.">
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, AWS.">
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's in Supply Chain/Operations preferred).">
