Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our ServiceNow implementation and administration.

  • The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in leading ServiceNow teams, including hands-on expertise in configuring Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems and meeting business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to define and streamline workflows, enhancing stakeholder engagement and overall efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of configuration settings, audit trails, and compliance reports.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and implementation, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on expertise in Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with metrics and reporting, instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
