Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, customization, and integration of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions globally. This includes managing a team of consultants, working with business stakeholders, and ensuring the successful configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and HR technology solutions, as well as experience in implementing HR systems and managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations across multiple modules.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can lead and manage the implementation process, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful adoption of Oracle HCM solutions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all the Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function. Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management. Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems. High proficiency in excel, macro, and other report automation tools.
