HCM Cloud Solutions Expert

Description:

A leading organization is seeking a seasoned HCM Cloud Solutions Expert to lead the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems.

This role requires a deep understanding of at least two HCM modules, including Core HR, as well as experience with integration tools and third-party applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions for HCM Cloud implementation, upgrade, and maintenance.
  • Develop effective data extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems.
  • Create reports using BI Publisher to drive business insights.
  • Perform data conversion using HDL to ensure seamless system transitions.
  • Develop fast formulas to enhance system efficiency.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of at least two HCM modules, including Core HR.
  • Stay up-to-date with Redwood framework developments.
  • Understand Journey configuration intricacies.
  • Personalize and customize pages using VBS to meet business needs.
  • Migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS.
  • Design integrations using REST APIs to streamline system interactions.
  • Nice to have OIC development skills and experience.
  • Nice to have VB development skills and experience.
  • Prepare and submit detailed technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Ensure seamless integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Provide training and support to business users to ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Work closely with the IT team to guarantee data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support on escalated issues.
