This role requires a highly skilled individual to lead and manage the implementation of Oracle HCM solutions across various modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Oracle HCM, from deployment to customization, testing, and deployment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing HR systems, particularly with Oracle HCM. They should possess strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, as well as expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation Management: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM modules
  • System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides; plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 12+ years of overall experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management
    • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems
    • High proficiency in excel, macro, and other report automation tools
    • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle
