Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Architect to spearhead the development and maintenance of our infrastructure.

This role involves designing, implementing, and scaling cloud platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) from scratch. You will make crucial decisions on network topology, data encryption strategies, and more.

You will build continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines that streamline deployments, improving productivity and efficiency. Additionally, you will create infrastructure-as-code foundations using Terraform, establishing patterns that will be used for years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Architecture:
    • Design and implement cloud platforms on GCP from scratch.
    • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • CICD Pipeline Development:
    • Build CI/CD pipelines that automate deployments and improve productivity.
    • Optimize pipeline performance and efficiency.
  • Infrastructure Management:
    • Create and manage infrastructure-as-code foundations using Terraform.
    • Evaluate and recommend cloud services and tools.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Lead SOC2 compliance journeys by building security into every layer of infrastructure.
    • Implement customer-managed encryption and zero-trust networking as foundational principles.
Requirements
  • Deep expertise with GCP services and cloud architecture.
  • Strong experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Proficiency in Go or Python for automation.
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks.
