Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and scalability.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an expert in Azure and Office365 to lead our cloud administration team, overseeing deployment, configuration, and management of virtual machines, storage, networking, and other services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Azure Cloud Management:
    • Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and other Azure services.
    • Implement and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD) and related identity management solutions.
    • Monitor and optimize Azure resource utilization and costs.
  • Office 365 Administration:
    • Manage and support Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
    • Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Office 365, ensuring compliance and security.
    • Troubleshoot issues and provide support for Office 365 services across the organization.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Implement security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and access controls.
    • Monitor for potential security threats and take action to resolve vulnerabilities.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company security policies.
  • Automation & Optimization:
    • Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., PowerShell) for automated cloud and Office 365 administration tasks.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation to increase efficiency.
  • Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery:
    • Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans for critical cloud services.
    • Regularly test and update recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Documentation & Training:
    • Create and maintain technical documentation for cloud infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
    • Provide guidance and training to other IT staff on cloud administration best practices.
