Pioneer Capital Lead in Litigation Finance

Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing relationships with high net worth individuals, family offices, and private credit funds.
- Sourcing commitments ranging from ₹50–100 Cr from these groups.
- Closing the first ₹25 Cr SPV/pool for deployment.
We are seeking an individual with 7-15 years of experience in private credit, AIF fundraising, special situations, or structured finance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of raising ₹100 Cr+ across alternative investments.
Essential skills and qualifications include:
- A well-established network with high net worth individuals, family offices, and wealth managers.
- Relationship-driven, credible, and carries weight in investor meetings.
- A strong understanding of SPV, NBFC, AIF structures beyond vanilla fundraising.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, excited to promote a new, high-growth asset class.
