Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate, civil, criminal, labor, and industrial laws.">
  • Experience in handling litigations related to manufacturing/mining/cement industry.">
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.">
  • Ability to manage multiple litigations simultaneously.">
  • Proficient in languages relevant to the region.">
  • LLB / LLM from a recognized university.">
  • 6–12 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably in a manufacturing or cement sector.">
