The Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager in our Global Business Tax Team to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:

  • Supervising tax advisory engagements
  • Delivering tax opinions, short notes, and email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters
  • Responsibility for tax compliances, including filing tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, provisioning for income tax, and other tax filings
  • Supervising tax assessment and litigation proceedings before the assessing officer, income tax authorities, and higher appellate forums
  • Training managers and executives for professional development and creating a stronger bench
  • Distributing tax technology assets through licensing and/or internal managed services
  • SPOC responsibilities for end-to-end tax operate engagements
  • Internal client codes management from the standpoint of time logging, invoicing, and collections
  • Business development, including identifying new opportunities and mining existing ones
  • Contributing to thought leadership and tax technical papers for firm-wide go-to-market strategy
