Business Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Expert to support our business management activities and strategic initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering insights and operational improvements to leadership stakeholders.

You will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams. Your primary objective will be to create reports and presentations that track progress against strategic objectives for senior management and visiting executives.

  • Create reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives.
  • Develop business cases for transition and transformation opportunities.
  • Prepare content and inputs for key governance meetings, including risk and compliance reviews, quarterly performance assessments, and Board presentations.
  • Support the preparation of CEO townhall content and other strategic communications.
  • Reconcile actual internal and external headcount data with HR systems to track entity growth and scale.
  • Develop headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.
  • Prepare presentations for quarterly business reviews and ensure business decks are regularly updated for leadership and stakeholder consumption.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI; identify and implement opportunities for automation to streamline existing reporting processes.
  • Liaise with IT teams and external vendors to coordinate enhancements and major updates to reporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and drive data-backed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, business management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
