Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master cum Project Manager to lead agile teams and drive successful project execution. This role demands strong leadership, deep Agile expertise, and hands-on project management experience.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Guiding teams in Agile adoption and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles
  • Developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, removing impediments, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
