Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Facilitator who can bridge the gap between development teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and facilitation techniques, enabling them to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments that hinder team progress.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, software development processes, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Overall 8+ years of experience as an Agile Project Facilitator in an Agile environment at least 2+ years.
  • Experience in a Business Analyst role, with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Certified Agile Facilitator (CAF) or equivalent preferred.
