Job Title: Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Scrum Master/Project Manager to join our team in Chennai, India.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management and Agile methodologies, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget constraints;
  • Agile Methodologies: Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and continuous improvement;
  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide small to medium-sized development teams, leveraging expertise in Azure DevOps to track and visualize performance metrics;
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring seamless project execution;
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve obstacles hindering team progress, utilizing problem-solving skills to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree: A relevant degree from an accredited institution;
  • Certified Scrum Master: +5 years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master;
  • Agile Project Management: +5 years of experience in Agile project management using Scrum, Kanban, etc.;
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills in leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams;
  • Facilitation: Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
  • Metric Creation: Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
