Senior Project Manager: Renewal Operations

The company seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead renewal-related projects, ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Foster strong relationships with IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Underwriting, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates and progress reports to maintain transparency and trust.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze trends in renewals, lapses, and customer cohorts to inform business decisions.
    • Design and implement data-driven solutions to enhance policyholder engagement and retention.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of excellence.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Post Graduate degree and relevant experience in Renewals/Customer Retention/Customer Handling. They should demonstrate excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
