Quality Assurance Manager for Renewable Energy Projects

We are seeking skilled professionals to support our renewable energy initiatives in the Wind and Solar portfolios. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil and Mechanical engineering with extensive experience in Site Project Quality roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and implement project-specific quality management plans, procedures, and checklists.
  2. Ensure compliance with corporate quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  3. Conduct quality inspections of materials, work activities, and installations to ensure adherence to specifications.
  4. Monitor construction activities, component installation, and commissioning processes for wind and solar projects.
  5. Perform regular quality audits at project sites to verify compliance with approved procedures and standards.
  6. Identify gaps, document findings, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
  7. Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation for audit purposes.
  8. Provide quality reports and support project quality scorecards and digital dashboards.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Site Project Quality roles under Civil or Mechanical domains in Renewable Energy Projects.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control processes, quality management systems, and relevant ISO/IEC standards in Renewable Energy Projects.
  • Hands-on experience using quality tools, problem-solving techniques, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Passion for Renewable Energy and commitment to quality excellence.
