We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead the inspection and quality operations for renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inspection operations across various stages of solar and wind energy project development.
- Evaluate and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Supervise manpower allocation and optimize resources to meet project timelines and quality goals.
- Negotiate and maintain vendor relationships to secure high-quality materials and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve project issues and ensure smooth coordination.
- Analyze and report inspection progress, project timelines, and quality status to key decision-makers.
- Drive adherence to industry best practices, safety standards, and renewable energy regulations.
- Promote continuous improvement in processes, team performance, and inspection efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable Energy preferred).
- At least 6-10 years of experience in QA/QC, inspection, or operations in renewable energy, with expertise in solar and wind energy.
- In-depth understanding of solar PV systems and wind turbine components.
- Familiarity with national and international QA/QC standards for renewable energy.
- Proficiency in inspection tools, checklists, and documentation.
