Visionary Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Break down complex business objectives into manageable tasks and workflows.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and regular project syncs to ensure seamless communication.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, blockers, or delays, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact.
- Maintain accurate task boards, documentation, and project artifacts, guaranteeing accessibility and visibility across teams.
- Utilize Linear to streamline work organization, ticket management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Deliver high-quality project progress reports, timelines, and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project scoping, planning, and execution.Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work planning.
- Prior experience with Linear project management tool.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring tasks stay on track.
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-through and minimal letdowns.
