Job Title: Subscription Infrastructure Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and documentation to reduce future dependency risks

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Zuora Engineer or Architect in complex environments
  • Deep understanding of subscription billing models and customer lifecycle management
  • Hands-on expertise with Zuora APIs, Workflow Designer, Product Catalog, and Reporting
  • Experience integrating Zuora with CRM, ERP, and data platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer experience
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
