Job Overview

As a senior program manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of programs, driving large-scale strategic initiatives across functions. This includes planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage programs from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product development, guaranteeing successful project outcomes and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute portfolio-level financial plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the program.
  • Recommend process improvements and policy updates to enhance program management efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, with relevant software experience.
  • At least 18 years of IT experience, with 10+ years of project management experience in medical devices.
  • Hands-on experience in architecting complex dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe/RTE, or ART handling are desirable.
  • Strong understanding of medtech product/software/R&D, product development, and clinical/regulatory processes (e.g., IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485).
Program Performance Dashboard:
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI for tracking program performance, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, visualize data insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
