Senior Program Manager Job Opportunity

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and manage a high-performing delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery and migration.

You will also be responsible for supporting hiring and growing the cloud footprint of the Business Unit.

  • Lead and manage the delivery team to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Support hiring and training initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations.
  • Engage in delivery governance forums, collaborating with the Sales Team on proposals and strategic initiatives to drive success.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and lead account mining activities to ensure cloud solutions align with company standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making.

Key Qualifications:

  • Possess around 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Salesforce Management Programs.
  • Proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with a mix of T&M and fixed price contracts.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders and willingness to travel for customer meetings (10-25%).
  • Able to learn required domain and technology necessary for the program/area of engagement.
  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably working with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domain.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects as applicable to the HLS industry.
