Senior Project Coordinator Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Project Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in the successful execution of one of the largest community-based sports initiatives undertaken in Punjab.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of the Sports for Development program, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with set standards. They will also manage relationships with government departments, on-ground partners, and internal teams.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the Sports for Development program
  • Coordinating with SPOCs, coaches, and field teams
  • Managing tournaments, engagement events, and talent scouting
  • Conducting field visits to monitor activities and address issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience or a Master's degree with at least 5-7 years of similar experience

  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
