Job Description:

The role of a client servicing executive is to interact with clients on a regular basis through phone calls, emails, or meetings to understand their requirements. The successful candidate will respond quickly to client requirements in a timely and professional manner. They will conduct ideation meetings with the internal team and clients to provide the best possible options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Respond to client requirements promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct ideation meetings to provide the best possible solutions.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for ongoing work and ensure that assignments are completed to the satisfaction of the clients.
  • Implement innovative ways to keep clients engaged with the company and provide value-for-money experiences.
  • Cultivate solid relationships with clients by creating exceptional communication and providing prompt service.
  • Identify new business opportunities through client referrals.
  • Maintain proper records of existing and potential clients and their contracts with the company.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from any discipline.
  • Specific degrees such as MBA in Marketing or Advertising and Communications or Media will be an added advantage.
  • 2-4 years of client servicing experience in an advertising agency.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energy and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
  • An urge to think out of the box and eagerness to learn new things.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness.
  • Strong analytical skills and updated knowledge of the field.
