We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing professional to join our team.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their needs are met. This includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and campaigns, conducting market research to understand client industries, identifying trends, and providing insights to clients, and preparing and presenting regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. They must also be proactive, able to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven 2-3 years of experience in account management, or a related role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactivity: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
