Job Overview
At Integers, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving our development efforts and delivering customized solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead MS Dynamics CRM development and customization, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- Integrate MS Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using Azure API Management (APIM) or similar middleware
- Develop and consume Web APIs to facilitate system integrations
- Work on SSRS/Power BI reports and dashboards for business insights
- Provide technical expertise on CRM development, best practices, and integration processes
- Manage client communication, including expectation management, risk identification, and reporting
- Write technical specifications and ensure high-quality documentation
- Oversee source control management systems and work in continuous integration/deployment environments
- Estimate and manage change requests effectively
- Lead and mentor the team by providing both technical and functional guidance
- Foster a customer-focused approach with active listening and consultative problem-solving
- Drive process improvements, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking in CRM solutions

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM development
- Proven experience as a Senior D365 Developer with at least two full CRM implementations
- Strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate
- Hands-on experience integrating systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware
- Solid knowledge of Web APIs, including developing and invoking APIs
- Experience in SSRS/Power BI for report and dashboard creation
- Strong background in Service modules within MS Dynamics 365
- Proven ability to manage client communications, expectations, and risk reporting
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and delegation
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and initiative
- Strong communication and leadership skills
