Key Responsibilities : - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. - Develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. - Lead the low-level design and development of new features. - Implement - custom plugins, workflows, and integrations- using .NET and JavaScript. - Ensure best practices in CRM architecture, security, and scalability. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Dynamics CRM. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Required Skills : - D365 & CRM Expertise : Strong experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. - Development Skills : Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform. - CRM Architecture : Advanced understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and data models. - Integration & Customization : Experience with REST APIs, Power Automate, and third-party integrations. - Certification : At least two Microsoft Dynamics certifications. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working with Azure services and DevOps pipelines . - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
