MS Dynamics CRM Testing Engineer

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Testing Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications, ensuring quality, performance, and reliability of CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Dynamics CRM applications.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects/bugs using test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing for CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Custom Workflows.
  • Validate CRM customizations, configurations, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Ensure data integrity and security compliance in CRM testing.
  • Participate in test automation framework development using tools like Selenium, C#, SpecFlow, or Power Automate.
  • Provide test execution reports and work on continuous improvements in the testing process.
Required Skills & Experience :
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Testing (D365 CE, CRM 2016, or earlier versions).
  • Strong understanding of CRM modules, business processes, and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, etc.).
  • Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SOAP UI.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries for data validation in CRM databases.
  • Experience in test automation frameworks for CRM applications (Selenium, C#, Power Automate, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications in testing or functional modules.
  • Experience in performance testing for CRM applications.
