The role of Business Development Manager is critical to the success of our organization. This position is responsible for overseeing business development in a specific region, driving growth and performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the elevator industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience in a senior sales or business development role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Leading a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 7+ years of experience in a senior sales or business development role
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A deep understanding of the elevator industry and its regulations
