Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing our social media presence, driving engagement, and ensuring our brand voice resonates across platforms.


Our company seeks a creative and dynamic Social Media Associate to join our team. This role requires the ability to develop and manage a social media content calendar aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and audience needs, including influencer collaborations.

This position involves planning, organizing, and coordinating photoshoots and video shoots to create high-quality brand content. The successful candidate will curate, edit, and publish engaging content across all relevant social media platforms, ensuring consistency and timeliness.

This role also involves managing interactions with followers, responding to queries, and maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice. Additionally, the successful candidate will track social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and derive insights to optimize strategy.

Requirements include a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, 13 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, and strong knowledge of social media platforms.

A minimum of 6 months experience in coordinating shoots and content creation is required, as well as excellent communication skills and a creative mindset. The ability to analyze data and present insights is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage a social media content calendar aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and audience needs.
  • Content Creation & Shoot Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots to create high-quality brand content.
  • Content Curation & Posting: Curate, edit, and publish engaging content across all relevant social media platforms.
  • Community Engagement & Brand Voice: Manage interactions with followers, respond to queries, and maintain a strong and consistent brand voice.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and derive insights to optimize strategy.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 13 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, ability to analyze data and present insights.
