Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager who can grow the Minimalist Hotels brand presence across digital platforms. The role demands ownership of content creation, community building, influencer collaborations, and driving measurable engagement that translates into brand awareness and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals and hotel positioning.

-Manage and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.

-Create high-quality, on-brand content (photos, videos, reels, stories, blogs, graphics).

-Plan and run monthly content calendars with engaging campaigns.

-Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to create compelling visual assets.

-Engage actively with online community—responding to queries, comments, and DMs.

-Partner with travel influencers, lifestyle bloggers, and creators for collaborations.

-Monitor performance analytics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content strategy.

-Run paid ad campaigns in coordination with the marketing team for targeted promotions.

-Stay updated with trends in travel, hospitality, and social media to keep content fresh and innovative.

Requirements

-Minimum 2 years of proven social media management experience (preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands).

-Strong storytelling ability with a sense of design and aesthetics.

-Hands-on knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).

-Experience in influencer marketing & paid campaign management.

-Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

-Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse and report on performance.

-Creative thinker with strong understanding of travel and lifestyle trends.
