If you're passionate about digital marketing, brand building, and content strategy, this could be the perfect role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Video Editor, Graphic Designer, and Social Media ExecutivePlan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and moreRun and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelinesTrack and report campaign performance metricsCollaborate with the marketing team for integrated campaignsRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in social media project management or digital content productionExperience with performance marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads)Strong understanding of branding and engagement metricsBasic design knowledge (Canva/Adobe Suite preferred)Excellent communication and leadership skillsMust be currently based in Goa or willing to relocate immediatelySalary₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) + performance incentivesHow to ApplySend your resume and portfolio to (WhatsApp).
