If you're passionate about digital marketing, brand building, and content strategy, this could be the perfect role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Video Editor, Graphic Designer, and Social Media ExecutivePlan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, , and moreRun and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelinesTrack and report campaign performance metricsCollaborate with the marketing team for integrated campaignsRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in social media project management or digital content productionExperience with performance marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads)Strong understanding of branding and engagement metricsBasic design knowledge (Canva/Adobe Suite preferred)Excellent communication and leadership skillsMust be currently based in Goa or willing to relocate immediatelySalary ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) + performance incentivesHow to Apply Send your resume and portfolio to (Whats App).
