Job Title: BIM Technician

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced BIM Technician to fill this pivotal role. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed BIM models with a minimum LOD 350+.
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model for seamless integration.
  • Execute modeling tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Create and manage parametric Revit families as per project scope.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and model reviews.
  • Support the resolution of design coordination issues within the model.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality results while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Revit and Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows and processes.
  • Excellent modeling and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing parametric Revit families.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance.
